Dancehall Episode Events and Weekender Terms and Conditions
Purchasing Tickets & Wristbands

Packages for our weekenders can be purchased from listed authorized reps, sub
promoters or directly from us via dancehallepisode.com or via direct bank payment upon
instructions. Packages purchased from any other sources are void and entry will be
refused to all events. Dancehall Episode will not be liable under these circumstances.
Payment options may be offered for each weekender, we asked that customers stick to
the guidelines provided and key dates for deadlines. Information will be shared
accordingly at regular intervals. Failure to follow the guidelines provided, as per the
Terms and Conditions of that event could lead to customers incurring additional charges and in extreme
circumstances have the booking forfeit.

Refunds & Name Changing

Where payment options include deposits, there are no refunds. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. No money will be refunded for booking cancellation or drop outs. Payments cannot be transferred from one person’s booking to another.
Where offered by us name change options will have applied charges. Name change of
tickets can only be permitted and administered by Dancehall Episode Management.
These are not permitted within a week of any event. If you require a name change or
more information, please contact us dancehallepisode@gmail.com
Booking fees are also non-refundable as this makes up part of the process for online
card transactions to be handled securely.
Regarding the current ongoing epidemic and Dancehall Episode Goes Spain’s wristband
purchases, all sales are final and non-transferrable. Purchaser agrees that there is no refund or
exchange once a purchased is made as per guidance provided above. Please note that location,
venues, dates, times and artist entertainment lineup for our general events and weekenders are
subjected to change at any time.


Event Entry & Safety

Please follow the instructions provided for the exchange of e-tickets and e-mail
confirmations for entry for events. Matching photo I.D will be required for entry to general events and
when collecting wristbands. Wristband holders are responsible for their own wristbands for the
duration of the event. There will be no automatic right of re-admission should your
wristband become lost or damaged. All wristbands remain the property of Dancehall Episode.
Dancehall Episode weekenders, general parties and theatre events are strictly for over 18 years
and older.  Anyone under the age of 18 who has purchased a ticket will be refused entry. Photo ID systems will be implemented at all events.

Dancehall Episode maintains a zero-tolerance policy for violence, public disorder, drug
use, identity theft and credit card fraud. As a result, there are body searches in operation
at all our entry points. Dancehall Episode and the venues we reserve the right to
refuse admission where necessary. The police will be working in cooperation with management
and we will follow their guidance on keeping everyone safe. You are solely responsible
for your behaviour whilst in attendance at any of our events. Please abide by the laws govern.
Dancehall Episode provides a safe environment for all our activities. Dancehall Episode will not be held
responsible for accidents and/or injury occurring whilst at any general events or on the weekender. On this basis
we strongly recommend that you obtain your own private medical and/or travel
insurance policy as expected for each circumstance.
Dancehall Episode will not accept liability for any lost or damages to property, caused
during our events.

Recording
Persons attending Dancehall Episode events may be filmed, photographed or recorded
as part of the audience. This media is owned by Dancehall Episode and may be used for
promotional material. By attending the event you give Dancehall Episode the permission
to use this media.


Travelling Overseas
You must have a valid passport and obtain all suitable documentation to enable you to
travel to and from a foreign country or if you are a non UK national, not a member of the
EU or require a special documents (visa).
You must respect the customs and currency control regulations of the visiting countries.
Should the passenger violate these regulations and is consequently unable to continue
travel, the passenger must bear the consequences and costs entirely, incurred from
such a situation.

We are dedicated to being transparent with you and as a business. It is important to us
that we give you as much choice and control over the information we collect when you
use our services.
 
Newsletter 
If you register for one of our newsletters or request any advance information about our
events or services (such as access to pre-registration or early bird tickets). We will
collect your name and contact details, including email and possibly mobile number.

Purchases
If you make a purchase with us (event ticket, event package or any other goods and/or
services), we will collect only the information necessary to provide you with your purchase. We may also request emergency contact information, physical requirements about your health or similar sensitive information where necessary.


Promotions & Surveys
We may invite you to participate in competitions, promotions or surveys. We will
collect information, so you can participate in these. You will have the option to opt out.
 
Communications
If you contact us through one of our online forms, social media channels, by phone or
email, we may keep a copy or record of that correspondence.
 
IP address & device information 
We will collect certain technical information about your device visits to our platform and
how you use the platform. This may include your IP address, geographical location,
device details such as your IMEI number, the mac address of the device and wireless
network interface), browser type, referral source, length of visit, operating system,
number of page views and similar information. This information may be collected by a
third-party analytics service provider on our behalf and/or may be collected using
cookies. For more details about cookies please see the specific section below.
 
Social media, information you post online & reviews
We might collect information relating to any social media posts or comments you share
online about our events that are in the public domain.

Information we get from third parties
(Ticket agents and service providers)
 We will collect information about you from third parties that we work closely with, so we
are able to deliver the goods or services you have requested. For example, we might
work with a ticket rep who will sell you a ticket to our event and also collect payment
through bank transfer or cash. In those circumstances, they might give us your details,
so we can provide you with access to the events you bought tickets for, or other ancillary
services. We might also use third-party companies to manage our payment systems or
platform, they may collect information directly from you on our behalf.
 
At our other festivals & live music events 
We might receive information about you (such as your name and email address) from
other festival and event entities that we have partnerships with.
 
Signing in through social media
When you register for an event on our platform, we might offer a quick registration option
through your existing social media accounts. If you sign in through your social media
account, we may get certain information (such as your profile name if register through
your Facebook account) in accordance with your privacy settings on that social media

site. You should read the privacy statements and check your privacy settings of those
social media sites to learn how they treat your information.

Other third-party sites 
We might receive information about you from other third parties where you have agreed
to them sharing your information with us for specific purposes (such as marketing).

How we use information that we collect about you. 
We may use your information for the following purposes: service and operational
purposes


• To provide you with your event ticket or any other goods, services and information
that you have requested from us;
• To manage your entry to our events, including age and identification verification;
• To provide you customer service and support, deal with enquiries or update you of
changes to our events, our platform or other services;
• We might contact you by phone to offer assistance if you have entered your contact
details on our platform to purchase our events but have not completed your
purchase;
• To improve and update our platform and to make sure that content from our platform
is presented to you in the most effective and optimal manner (please view the
specific cookies section for more information);
• To carry out aggregated and anonymised research about general engagement with
our events, platform and other goods and services; and
• To allow us to monitor access to, and attendance at, our events for health, safety
and security purposes. 
 
Marketing Purposes
We may use your information for marketing purposes, either by email, sms and/or
phone. We will of course give you the opportunity to choose whether we contact you for
marketing purposes and we will respect your choices at every stage.
 
Legal Purposes
We may use your information to enable us to enforce our legal rights, and/or to protect
the rights, property or safety of our employees and/or other third parties.
 
Who we might share your information with 
We might share your personal information with:


• Selected third parties that we work with, so we are able to put on the events you love
and choose to attend. For example, when you register to attend an event we host,
we might need to share your information with third party sub-contractors or service
providers that help us to put on our events (such as venue or security staff);
• Other festivals and live music event organisers who we have partnerships with, if
you have indicated that you want to receive communications about these;

• Any other third party that you have indicated you are happy for us to share your
information with for marketing purposes;
• Prospective sellers or buyers of any business or assets if, we need to disclose
information about people who attend our events or use our products or services;
• Any other third parties where it’s necessary to enforce our legal rights, or to protect
the rights, property or safety of our employees or third parties, or where such
disclosure is required by law.


Third party content, sites and contributors 
Our platform may contain content and links to other sites that are operated by third
parties that may also operate cookies. We don’t control these third-party sites or cookies
and this privacy and cookies statement does not apply to them. Please visit the terms
and conditions and privacy and cookies statement of the relevant third-party site to find
out how that site collects and uses your information and to establish whether and for
what purpose they use cookies.
 
How we look after your information and how long we keep it for 

• We use appropriate technological and operational security measures to protect your
information against any unauthorised access or unlawful use. However,
transmission of information over the internet can be insecure, which means we are
unable to completely guarantee the security of information sent over the internet.
• We’ll keep your information for as long as is necessary to provide you with the
services that you have requested from us, to market to you (if applicable), to
enforce or defend our legal rights, or in accordance with any legal obligations to
which we might be subject.
 
Your rights and choices over the information we hold about you 
You have certain rights in respect of the information that we hold about you, which we
value. These rights include:
• The right to ask us not to use your personal data for marketing purposes
(remember, you can unsubscribe from any marketing by clicking on the

• If you believe the information that we hold about you is wrong, you can ask us to

Your information is stored securely online. The information collected is for specified,
explicit and legitimate purposes of identifying you, making contact where needed and
completing your transactions between yourself and us. This information will not be
passed onto any third party without your consent and not further processed in a manner
that is incompatible the above stated purpose. 

We may make changes to this terms and conditions, privacy and cookies statement from time to time.

We will post any changes to our platform or notify you of any material changes by email. Any
changes will come into effect the next time you engage with us after the changes have
been notified.

DancehallEpisode is a trading name of DHE INC LTD.

BY PURCHASING A TICKET, THE TICKET HOLDER (YOU) AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE SPECIFIED HEREIN AND ANY OTHER PROVISION AS MAY BE SPECIFIED FROM TIME TO TIME BY US, THE EVENT ORGANISER OR THE OWNER OF THE TICKETING PLATFORM (EVENTCUBE).

EVENT TICKETS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE EXCEPT IN THE INSTANCE OF EVENT CANCELLATION. IF AN EVENT IS CANCELLED, YOU WILL BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND OF THE TICKET PRICE LESS THE BOOKING FEES AND ANY OTHER CHARGES WHICH WE CANNOT RECOVER.

We sell paper or e-tickets (Tickets) for events advertised on websites owned and operated by us from time to time (Events) using Eventcube's 'Ticket Mechanic'. Eventcube is a trading name of Eventcube Solutions Ltd, a company incorporated in England under company number 08939283.

The party who organises and provides the Event is the Event Organiser

1. YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE EVENT ORGANISER (DancehallEpisode)

  1. The Ticket is issued subject to the Event Organiser's terms and conditions found on its website, at the box office, or in the Terms & Conditions of entry to any on-line Event (Event Organiser T&Cs)
  2. If you breach any of the Event Organiser T&Cs or behave in an unacceptable manner (see Section 4 below), the Event Organiser is entitled to refuse you entry to the Event.
  3. The Event Organiser may alter or vary the Event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange Tickets.

2. YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH EVENTCUBE

  1. EVENTCUBE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY REFUNDS TO TICKET HOLDERS
  2. Your use of the Eventcube website to purchase Tickets, and the transmission of your personal data to Eventcube to enable the purchase of Tickets is subject to the terms of Eventcube's privacy policy: https://www.eventcube.io/legal/privacy-policy
  3. You acknowledge that Eventcube may store and transmit your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

3. YOUR TICKETS

  1. Once your Tickets are issued (in paper or electronic form), it is your responsibility to keep them safe. We will not be responsible for Tickets which have been lost, stolen or destroyed.
  2. E-Tickets do not incur any additional charges than our processing fees, Physical Paper tickets will incur an extra printing and postage cost.
  3. The general limit for ticket purchases for an individual ticket release for an Event is 6, and this may be lowered in certain circumstances. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices.
  4. Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person, per credit card and, for some events, a restriction may apply per household. We reserve the right to cancel Tickets purchased in excess of this number without prior notice.
  5. Multiple tickets orders cannot be split. The primary Ticket holder must be present to enter the Event with E-tickets.
  6. If you are splitting barcoded E-Tickets you may print out each barcode separately and provide the other parties with relevant identification details, however entry will be entirely at the discretion of the Event Organiser.
  7. We try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, however errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of Tickets you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your Ticket purchase at the correct price (and credit or debit your account as applicable) or cancelling your Ticket purchase. If we are unable to contact you, you we may treat the Ticket purchase as cancelled.
  8. It is your responsibility to ensure that your Ticket purchase contains the correct information. We are not responsible for correcting information which you have provided, however we will use all reasonable efforts to remedy errors where possible.
  9. UNLAWFUL RESALE OF TICKETS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. IF WE REASONABLY SUSPECT THAT TICKETS HAVE BEEN PURCHASED FOR UNLAWFUL RESALE, WE MAY CANCEL THE RELEVANT TICKETS WITHOUT ANY RIGHT TO COMPENSATION OR REFUND.

4. ADMISSION TO THE EVENT

  1. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission, and to request any Ticket Owner to leave the venue (including an on-line venue) at any time for reasons of public safety. This includes, but is not limited to: (i) crowd surfing and moshing; (ii) aggressive behaviour; (iii) acting under the influence of alcohol or drugs; (iv) carrying an offensive weapon; (v) failure to comply with any measures put in place to combat the spread of Covid-19, and/or (vi) any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury, or for any breach of the Event Partners´ terms and conditions. You will not be entitled to a refund.
  2. A Ticket Owner may be asked to leave an on-line event for failing to observe the acceptable use policy for the relevant Event.
  3. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse re-admission to any person not in possession of a Ticket or the retained portion of the Ticket.
  4. Latecomers may be admitted at a suitable point in the performance at the discretion of the Event Organiser.
  5. You acknowledge that there may be security checks at any venue.

5. EVENT CANCELLATION

  1. If an Event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify YOU of the cancellation once we have received the relevant authorisation from the Event Organiser, however we do not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the Event.
  2. Unless indicated otherwise in relation to a particular Event, if an Event is cancelled, you will be offered seats at the rescheduled Event/s (subject to availability) up to the face value of the Tickets or, if you are unable to attend the rescheduled Event or the Event is not rescheduled, a refund of the ticket price.
  3. Refunds for Tickets purchased prior to the date of the original Event will be given up to their face value. If an Event takes place over several days and only one day is cancelled, you will be entitled to a pro-rata refund.
  4. IF THE EVENT IS RESCHEDULED, THE EVENT ORGANISER MAY SET REFUND LIMITATIONS.
  5. Ensure you check all "Event Specific Terms & Conditions" at the top of this page for refund policies.

6. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO RECORDING

  1. You must not take any unauthorised audio, video, photographic or digital recording apparatus of any kind into any of the performance areas, nor make any audio, video or photographic recordings of any kind. The Event Organiser reserves the right to confiscate any unauthorised audio, video and photographic recordings.
  2. You consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience (at a venue or on-line).

7. LIABILITY

  1. Personal arrangements including travel, accommodation or hospitality relating to an Event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk. Unless otherwise stated in this clause, our and the Event Organiser's liability to you in connection with the Event (including, but not limited to, in the event of cancellation, rescheduling or material change to the programme of the Event) shall be limited to the Ticket price paid by you.
  2. Subject to Section 7.3, neither we, Eventcube or the Event Organiser (Event Partners) will be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any person (including you) nor property howsoever caused.
  3. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions seeks to exclude or limit our or the Event Partners' liability for death or personal injury caused by our or the event partner(s)' (as relevant) negligence, fraud or other type of liability which cannot by law be excluded or limited.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

  1. Force Majeure Event means any circumstance not within a party's reasonable control including, without limitation:
    1. acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake or other natural disaster;
    2. epidemic or pandemic;
    3. terrorist attack, civil war, civil commotion or riots, war, threat of or preparation for war, armed conflict, imposition of sanctions, embargo, or breaking off of diplomatic relation;
    4. nuclear, chemical or biological contamination or sonic boom;
    5. any law or any action taken by a government or public authority, including without limitation imposing an export or import restriction, quota or prohibition, or failing to grant a necessary licence or consent;
    6. collapse of buildings, fire, explosion or accident; and
    7. interruption or failure of utility service.
  2. If the Store Owner is prevented, hindered or delayed in or from performing any of its obligations under this agreement by a Force Majeure Event, it shall not be in breach of this agreement or otherwise liable for any such failure or delay in the performance of such obligations. The time for performance of such obligations shall be extended accordingly.

9. DATA PROTECTION

  1. If you book Tickets with us, we will hold your name, address and other personal data in our database, subject at all times to our Privacy Policy. If you wish to make any requests regarding your personal data, please email support.

10. GENERAL

  1. The Event Partners and their affiliates, successors, or assigns may enforce these terms in accordance with the provisions of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 (the Act).
  2. Except as provided above, these Terms and Conditions do not create any right enforceable by any person who is not a party to it under the Act, but does not affect any right or remedy that a third party has which exists or is available apart from that Act.
  3. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter or formation.
